How to obtain RSO (Radiological Safety Officer) approval in eLORA?        

Step 1: Register eligible person radiation professional Step 2. After Radiation Professional approval, add him/her as Radiation Professional through User management > add employee. Step 3. Submit application through, Regulatory forms>Common forms> Nominate RSO>. Step 4: download the application from displayed link or else you may choose ->My Application to download the same form.

How to correct PMS/TLD no in eLORA ? My RSO application got rejected for incorrect entry of PMS/TLD no.

Login through Employer's account, use following path Menu: 'User Management' --> 'Update/Dissociate Employee' --> Select Employee from 'Employee Details' --> click on 'Show Details' --> Update your PMS No. -->click on 'Update' (You can also update your Email address and Designation in the above Update Screen).

When can I submit my application for Renewal of License in eLORA ?

Application for Renewal of License can be submitted in eLORA only 30 days prior to expiry of the existing License. e.g. if your License is going to expire on 30th Sept, 2018; your may apply for Renewal on 1st Sept, 2018 onward.

What should I do for  applying  RSO nomination/renomination/renewal in eLORA?

 I am not able to find my name in the Transaction Key page.       

During RSO application submission you will be guided to  provide the transaction key.To generate the transaction key, one prior requirement is to verify your mobile number and e-mail id. Please note the followings; -If you are a  Radiation Professional who is going to be Nominated, Renominated or Renewed his/her mobile number and e-mail id must be verified from his/her RP login. Please visit RP login to do so.

Invalid transaction key error in following occasion 1. Verification of Mobile number and email ID of the employer is not completed, 2. either email id and mobile number of the employer and RSO nominee is same even though both are different individuals(because system accepts unique mobile number and email id for unique individuals)

How do I Change my Institute Name and Address Change in eLORA?

Address Change of institute is possible within a State only. You can use the application named "Change institute details"(available in User Management) for name and address change.

Can Licence be granted to not Type Approved Equipment/Source in eLORA?     

No. Only Type Approved Equipment can obtain Licence for Operation.

How to update institute profile in eLORA?

Login through Employer's account, use following path Menu: 'User Management' -->update institute details--> click on institute details -->click Institute Role to be added-->select practice--> select Role of Institute-->click on update button.

How to obtain new password in eLORA? I have forgotten my password.

Visit eLORA home page and click on 'Forgot Password?'. Provide your 'Username' and 'Registered Email Id' and click on Submit after entering Captcha. You will receive new password on your registered email address as well as on registered mobile no. via SMS. (This process is applicable for Institute as well as Radiation Professional accounts).

Employer of an Institute is Head of Institute/Department who is responsible for execution of duties of Employer as stipulated in Atomic Energy (Radiation Protection) Rules, 2004. Furnish detail of your Head of Institute/ Department in Employer detail.

What should I upload in Institute Registration form as my Institute is not functioning under Central/State Government in eLORA?

In such case, following documents may be attached for the purpose of institution registration in eLORA; a. Declaration on Institute letter head that it is a proprietary facility, duly stamped and endorsed by the applicant b. Proof of address in the name of Institution/clinic such as Recent Landline bill, recent electricity bill, Rent Agreement along with NOC endorsed by the owner of the premises c. Proof of employership may be self-declaration provided by the applicant on the institution letter head.

How to check status of Institute registration submitted application form in eLORA?

Please use option Application Status for Institute Registration provided on eLORA home page to check the status of application. It may be noted that, after review of application form for institute registration, approval/rejection email sent on the email address of Employer mentioned in the form.

Can I directly update my personal email id/mobile no. through RP update form?              

Yes, you can directly update your personal email id/mobile no. through “Verify e-mail and Mobile Number” form.

How I can update/modify the qualification of radiation worker?

How to check RP registration application, status ?            

Please use option Application Status for Radiation Professional Registration provided on eLORA home page to check the status of application. It may be noted that, after review of application form for RP registration, approval/rejection email sent on the email address mentioned in the form.

What should I do if I'm getting message 'Sorry, someone is already logged in this browser’?

Two person cannot log in the same browser', what should I do?                This may happen when eLORA system is directly closed without logout. In such case, pl. restart your internet browser and access eLORA system.

I have already submitted the form ?Intimation of Decommissioning? in e-LORA for decommissioning/disposal of equipment. However, the equipment status is showing to be decommissioned. What is the next p         You need to contact with supplier/authorized service agency for submission of ?confirmation of decommissioning? in e-LORA. After submission of confirmation of decommissioning form, the status of equipment will change to "Decommissioned".

How to remove wrongly/incorrect declared Diagnostic Radiology equipment in eLORA?

You are required to send the hard copy of application form to AERB for removing the incorrect/duplicate entry of medical diagnostic x-ray equipment. The application form is available in help menu of your e-LORA account.

When to apply for Renewal of Licence of Diagnostic equipment in eLORA?          

Renewal of Licence process will be enabled in eLORA system two months before the date of expiry of Licence.

What do I do if I have to modify layout of  installation, relocate and/or reposition my eLORA Licensed X-ray equipment?               

Due to modification in layout of X-ray installation, relocation and/or reposition of equipment from its original place within the institute premises, you need to fill the form for Change in Layout. Follow the path;  Regulatory forms -> Medical Diagnostic radiology -> Change in layout.  Please note that after submission of change in layout application, the submission of installation report by the agency which was selected for relocation of the equipment at the time of submission application for change in layout is essential for completion of the process.
